A decrease in temperature of the combustion products leads to a drop in NOx formation in diesel engines due to an endothermic reaction of water particles in emulsion fuel during combustion. The presence of water also reduces the rate of formation of soot particles and enhances their burnout characteristics by increasing the concentration of oxidation.

What is Emulsion Fuel? Emulsion fuel is a mixture of water molecule (H2O) and combustible liquid, (Fossil Fuels; either heavy oil, Light oil, Diesel or Kerosene etc.) using a process of hydrogen and carbon ionizations with a surfactant additives; Emulsion fuel reduces greenhouse gases emissions such as; Particulate Matter (PM), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) & Sulfur Oxide (SOx) while maintaining a high combustion efficiency.

What our Technology can be used for.

Our Nano-Emulsion Fuel Technology so far can be use in mixing the following Fossil fuel products:

• 50% Diesel + 50% Water Molecule + 0.5% Plasma Gas. = (Emulsion Diesel).
• 50% Kerosene + 50% Water Molecule + 0.5% Plasma Gas.= (Emulsion Kerosene).
• 50% LPFO + 50% Water Molecule + 0.5% Plasma Gas. = (Emulsion LPFO).

This LPFO (Low Pour Fuel Oil) is also known as Light Oil.

Note: Research is currently ongoing to include premium motor spirit (PMS) Petrol,   aviation fuel, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and other types of light fuels.
